No. This estimates what Stripe — the payment processor StitchInvoice actually connects to — charges to process a card or bank payment. StitchInvoice's own fee for accepting payment through the platform is 0%.
Why would the fee be higher than 2.9% + 30¢?
Stripe adds to its base US card rate for certain situations: +0.5% if the card number is typed in manually rather than saved or autofilled, +1.5% for a card issued outside the US, and +1% if a currency conversion is required. Those stack on top of the base rate.
Will I receive exactly the amount this shows?
