Does this make my invoice legally binding?

What exactly triggers this record?
A client accepting or rejecting a quote, estimate, or proposal through their StitchInvoice portal link — the same link they use to view and respond to the document. Nothing is recorded from a PDF emailed elsewhere or a document approved verbally.
Can I see this record myself?
Yes — it’s attached to the document inside your StitchInvoice account, so you can refer back to exactly what was accepted and when if a client later says they never approved something.
Does this apply to invoices too, or only quotes?
It applies to any document with an accept/reject step — quotes, estimates, and proposals. An invoice itself isn’t "accepted"; StitchInvoice tracks when it’s viewed and when it’s paid instead.
